The Company
This is a $60M commercial roofing and metal contractor based in Colorado, operating across Colorado and South Wyoming, with around 100 employees and a strong subcontractor workforce.
They deliver large-scale commercial projects across healthcare, education,
government, multifamily, and data centres, often taking on complex work that others avoid.
With over 40 years in business, they’ve built a strong reputation through consistent delivery and long-standing GC relationships, creating a steady pipeline of inbound work.
The company is now going through a leadership transition, with the next generation stepping in and a clear plan to scale beyond $100M while expanding service and waterproofing divisions. It’s a close-knit, non-corporate environment where people are trusted, given autonomy, and expected to perform.
What You Need
3–5 years in construction safety. Commercial roofing preferred
OSHA 30 required. CSP or CHST is a plus
Strong knowledge of fall protection and job site safety
