What You’ll Do

• Contact and close active incoming commercial and residential leads, and utilize our proven canvassing strategies within designated hot territories backed by our statewide reputation.
• Run field inspections, assess damage on commercial or residential roofs, and present full-scope repair or retail solutions to property owners.
• Leverage our financing options for residential clients and partner with our Commercial Supervisor to navigate larger commercial bids.
• Build rapport and close contracts using DocuSign, then hand off production seamlessly to our field supervisors and operations team.

What You’re Looking For

• Drive & Work Ethic: A relentless hustle and a competitive hunger to win. Previous commercial, residential, restoration, or home improvement sales experience is a massive plus, but coachable rookies with high grit are welcome.
• Field-Ready: Comfortable climbing ladders, performing roof inspections, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate trust with homeowners and commercial property managers alike.
• Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites and territories.
