Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage.
- Perform basic roof inspections. ✅ TRAINING PROVIDED ✅
- Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims.
- Sell roofing solutions and complete paper works.
Job Requirements:
- Previous sales experience. (roofing sales is highly preferred)
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people.
- Willing to learn and stay motivated.
- Able to climb a ladder for inspections.
- Reliable transportation (car or truck).
Compensation:
- $150,000 – $350,000 per year earning potential (top reps earn $450K )
