- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of office supplies and services.
- Maintain customer records through CRM software while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Correspond with insurance companies on behalf of customers, while remaining compliant to regulations.
Skills
- Experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
