Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, company cell phone, and calendar coordination for staff and clients.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate services such as supplies, maintenance, and facility management
- Handle bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, payroll processing
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure compliance with record keeping policies
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing HR documentation, and assisting with employee relations
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial record management a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
- Expertise in event planning, vendor management, scheduling, and calendar management tools
- Knowledge of human resources procedures including onboarding
- Strong understanding of office experience requirements such as filing systems, front desk operations, and office supply management
