Position Summary: The Sheet Metal Foreman plays a crucial role for leading and supervising the sheet metal crew to ensure that sheet metal work, including roofing, cladding, flashing, and other metal components is performed accurately, efficiently, and safely according to project specifications and industry standards. This role involves day to day operations to lead, oversee, collaborate with stakeholders and develop team members, setting standards on directing and coordinating all activities of a project. The Sheet Metal Foreman is instrumental to ensure seamless integration of sheet metal work into the overall construction process.

Project Planning & Strategic Oversight

Lead the creation of innovative and detailed work plans and schedules for sheet metal tasks, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Review project specifications, plans, and drawings to determine requirements, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and developing solutions.

Team Leadership & Workforce Development

Resource & Financial Management

Communication & Documentation
