Roofed Right America is seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofing Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing and construction. This role requires a hands-on approach to proficiently enhancing our customers roof. As a Commercial Roofer, you'll install, repair, and maintain commercial roofs with various materials while ensuring OSHA compliance for safety.
Responsibilities
- Ability to learn roof system installations of commercial properties.
- Be on time for all shifts.
- Assist in setup and tear down of safety equipment as instructed.
- Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection and others.
- Assist in building roofs and other structural components as required.
- Collaborate with team members on roofing sites to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide effective solutions promptly.
