We’re looking for motivated, confident, and goal-oriented individuals who aren't shy about door-knocking to join our team. You’ll interact directly with homeowners, inspect roofs, and guide customers through our simple, tech-enabled inspection-to-contract process.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about their roofing needs.
- Educate customers on storm damage and insurance claims.
- Perform roof inspections using video and photo documentation.
- Use Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools to manage your day and leads.
- Generate leads independently to build your own sales pipeline; top performers receive assigned leads afterward.
- Follow up, close deals, and manage your pipeline with full team support.

We offer a two-week, in-house training held at our San Antonio (SATX) branch. Upon accepting a final offer, we provide all necessary transportation and accommodation for the training period. All new hires are required to complete this program and graduate with a satisfactory evaluation. Participation and successful completion are mandatory for employment.
