Lead Wash Technician / Crew Lead

All American Pressure is hiring a Lead Wash Technician to run wash crews and execute high-quality pressure washing and soft-wash jobs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the equipment, understands job flow, and takes pride in clean, professional work.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a wash crew on residential & commercial jobs
- Perform pressure washing, soft washing, roof & surface cleaning
- Set up, run, and maintain wash equipment & chemicals
- Ensure safety, quality, and job completion standards
- Communicate with customers and management
- Train crew members and enforce company SOPs
Requirements
- Pressure washing / soft-wash experience preferred
- Leadership or crew lead experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with ladders, roofs, and physical outdoor work
- Reliable, professional, and accountable
