What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer position at Roof Maxx?
Roof Max is a revolutionary roof rejuvenation product. We are focused on helping homeowners get more life out of their roof and avoid expensive roof replacement costs. We are a growing company, so there's a lot of opportunity for internal growth and high earning potential. We are currently looking for Roofing Technicians to spray our roof rejuvenation product on our clients asphalt shingles. Branded work truck provided, along with all the tools and safety equipment needed to get the job done.
*Roofing experience preferred but not required*
Primary Job Responsibilities Include:
-Light repair work
-Climbing up and down ladders onto roofs
-Prep Work
-Light product knowledge
-Roof Cleaning
-Spraying roof shingles with rejuvenation product
Roofing Technician Requirements:
-Must possess a positive attitude
-Ability to complete tasks in timely manner
-Punctual
-Must possess superior work ethic
-Ability to climb ladders up to 2 stories
-Ability to move around on 12/12 pitch
-Ability to withstand 85 degree days on roof
-Attention to detail
-Decent driving record
Benefits:
Range of $18-$20 per hour with opportunity for bonuses that can bring that range up to $30 per hour, based off of job production and performance.
