Role Description The Installer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rochester Hills, MI. This role involves installing trash and laundry chute systems, compactors, and related equipment in new and existing buildings according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and preparing installation areas, assembling chute sections and components, and securing equipment to building structures. The Installer will use hand and power tools, coordinate with general contractors and other trades on-site, and assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs during service calls. This position also includes loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, following company safety procedures, and occasionally traveling to regional job sites as needed.
