Roof Geeks is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Roofing Estimator / Production Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who isn't afraid of ladders, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a company that values honesty, quality, and community.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and provide estimates
- Perform roof inspections and document findings with photos
- Educate homeowners on their roofing options with a no-pressure approach
- Manage roofing projects from start to completion
- Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and customers
- Deliver roofing materials to job sites as needed
- Conduct final walkthroughs and quality control inspections
- Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, HOAs, and local businesses
- Maintain accurate job notes using company software
What We're Looking For

- Organized with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Able to professionally represent the Roof Geeks brand
- Someone who lives in Maricopa or lives near Maricopa
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry roofing materials and equipment (up to 80 lbs.)
- Safely climb ladders and access rooftops
- Comfortable walking on tile, shingle, and flat roofs
- Able to work on one and two-story homes
- Work outdoors in Arizona heat and varying weather conditions
- Occasionally work weekends during busy seasons or weather-related events
Roofing Experience
Roofing experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
