River Roofing is hiring a Commercial Roofing Installer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands roofing systems (or similar trades), works well with tools, and can identify issues and fix them the right way—not just patch them.

- $27 /hour
- Consistent, year-round work (not seasonal)

- Identify roof leaks and structural damage
- Perform roof repairs (cracks, defects, damaged areas) using proper materials
- Complete routine maintenance and roof cleanings
- Remove debris from roofs and surrounding property
- Conduct roof assessments and document findings
- Create reports with notes, photos, and videos
- Communicate clearly with customers, foremen, and supervisors
- Follow all company policies and safety standards
- Start your day at our Nashville office with your team
- Travel to residential job sites
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs
- Document your work with photos and notes
- Wrap up jobs and prepare for the next day
This role is a strong fit if you've worked in:
- Roofing or roof repair
- Construction or general labor
- Siding, gutters, or exterior home services
- HVAC or other hands-on trade work
- Any job where you fix, build, or work with tools
- Experience in roofing or a similar hands-on trade
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Takes pride in doing quality work
- Valid driver's license preferred
- This role starts each day at our Springfield office
- You'll travel to job sites throughout the area
