The Opportunity
RoofER is launching a brand-new division, and we’re building our next generation of leaders. This is a 6–12 month training program designed to take you from entry-level into sales or management roles quickly.
No experience? No problem. We provide full training, mentorship, and a clear path forward.

What You’ll Do
Build awareness for RoofER’s home improvement services (roofing, windows, siding, solar)
Talk to homeowners who want free estimates — no high-pressure sales
Learn communication and leadership skills that will set you apart in any career
Grow into a trainer, then into management — based on performance
