Field Marketing and Brand Representative

$50,000 base vehicle allowance performance bonuses
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re a growing roofing company looking for an outgoing, people-first Field Marketing Director to be the face of our brand in the community. If you love striking up conversations, building relationships, and thrive in a role where no two days look the same — this is for you.
This is a field-based position. You’ll spend your time at networking events, visiting completed job sites, and creating brand visibility in the neighborhoods we serve. You’ll be the bridge between our work and our next customer.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Attend weekly networking meetings and community events to represent the brand
● Visit completed job sites and canvass surrounding neighborhoods — door knocking,
distributing materials, and generating appointment opportunities
● Build relationships with real estate agents, property managers, HOAs, and other referral
partners
● Identify and attend local events, home shows, and community gatherings where
homeowners are present
● Daily post on social media
● Track outreach activity and appointment leads (we’ll provide the tools)
● Collaborate with ownership to develop new outreach strategies and identify emerging
opportunities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Skills can be taught. Personality can’t. Here’s what matters most:
● Genuinely outgoing — you enjoy talking to strangers and it shows
● Charismatic and confident without being pushy
● Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
● Reliable, organized, and accountable to weekly activity targets
● Valid driver’s license and vehicle
● Prior experience in sales, canvassing, real estate, or field marketing is a plus — but not
required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
● $50,000 base salary
