Job Overview

Your responsibilities will include taking orders, managing transactions, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting overall service flow. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently while handling cash register operations with precision.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food handling areas and dining spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing sales accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

• Food service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
