Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently while handling cash register operations with precision.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food handling areas and dining spaces.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing sales accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
