We are seeking a Front of House Team Member who can be flexible and work BOTH lunch and dinner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy dining space - Handle food orders and serve customers promptly Experience - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a quick-service fast-food restaurant or grocery store - Familiarity with retail math and handling cash transactions - Basic math skills for order accuracy - Knowledge of food handling and safety practices Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery - Bussing and cleaning tables - Sweeping and mopping floors - Taking out trash - Keeping restrooms clean - Overall cleaning of the dining and serving areas We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
