We are seeking skilled and motivated Autobody Technicians and Restoration Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and refinishing vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety. Whether working on collision repairs, cosmetic enhancements, or full restorations, your expertise will help bring vehicles back to their original condition or elevate their appearance through precise craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity for technicians passionate about automotive repair, restoration, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, welding repair, and structural realignment using automotive welding equipment and fabrication techniques
• Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding repair methods to restore vehicle frames and panels with precision
• Conduct automotive cosmetic repairs such as sanding, auto painting, auto body refinishing, and detailing to achieve a flawless finish
• Use hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and airless paint spraying equipment effectively for various repair tasks
• Install automotive parts including auto glass, bumpers, trim pieces, and other components with attention to detail and safety standards
• Execute automotive restoration projects involving fabrication repair techniques, working with sheet metal and automotive structural components
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and the use of power tools
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while providing excellent customer service by explaining repair processes when necessary

Experience

• Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in auto restoration is highly preferred
• Dealership experience or background in working with automotive parts installation and vehicle maintenance is a plus
• Hands-on knowledge of MIG welding, welding repair, soldering, fabrication techniques, and automotive structural repair methods
• Familiarity with auto painting techniques including auto body refinishing and airless paint spraying equipment
• Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair processes including auto glass replacement and cosmetic enhancements
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and automotive welding equipment effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of automotive parts installation procedures along with excellent attention to detail in auto restoration projects
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship throughout all phases of vehicle repair
