We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Automotive Clerical and Dispatch at our busy auto repair center in Ames, IA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Duties include Estimating Repairs, Parts Management, and Dispatching.
• Provide exceptional customer service, and make customers welcome to our shop.
• Small Business with many tasks and responsibilities.
• Handle general clerical duties such as data entry, bookkeeping, accountability, organizing team meetings, and process implementation.
• Giving Courtesy Shuttle Rides and Shop Clean-up

Qualifications:

• Prior clerical and software experience preferred
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Forms, along with Excel, and the ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to learn on the job
• Excellent Driving Record is a must.
