Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements.
- Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections to identify any potential safety or maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
- Clearly document all work performed and communicate vehicle needs effectively to the service advisory team.
- Provide efficient, high-quality workmanship to ensure our guests are back on the road safely and quickly.
Qualifications
- A strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn the automotive trade.
- Previous experience as an express tech or a background in automotive schooling is a plus, but not required (we will train the right candidate!).
- A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team.
- Basic hand tools are preferred, but not immediately mandatory.
