About the Role

The Ron Marhofer Auto Family is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Collision Detailer to join our busy team in Cuyahoga Falls. In this role, you will be responsible for the final cleanup and aesthetic preparation of vehicles following body shop repairs. You play a critical role in our "customer-ready" process, ensuring every vehicle leaves our facility looking brand new.

What You Will Do

• Vehicle Cleanup: Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing on vehicles that have completed the collision repair process.

• Detailing Tasks: Perform washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, and glass cleaning.

• Attention to Detail: Inspect vehicles for any remaining imperfections, overspray, or dust, ensuring they meet the high-quality-control standards of the Ron Marhofer Auto Family.

• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the body shop environment.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with body technicians and painters to ensure vehicles are moved through the process efficiently and on schedule.

What You Bring

• Experience: Previous detailing or car wash experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right, motivated individual.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work with various cleaning tools and chemicals.

• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on delivering quality results every time.

• Licensure: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
