In this role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage seating, and ensure a smooth flow of service between the front and back of house. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus & silverware rollups
- Maintain an accurate seating chart to optimize table turnover and service flow
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
- Keep the host stand and entrance area clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with coordinating large parties and special requests
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer or reservation system skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
Salary : $16 - $17
