Your Role in Our Road to Success:
✔ Greet customers and assess their service needs
✔ Provide accurate estimates and clear communication regarding repairs or maintenance
✔ Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
✔ Work with the service team to ensure timely and quality repairs
✔ Keep customers informed on their service progress and ensure satisfaction
✔ Be a key team member in maintaining a smooth and efficient service department
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous service advisor or automotive service experience (RV or Marine a plus!)
✅ Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
✅ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
✅ Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
✅ Ability to upsell services and create value for customers
✅ Weekend availability
