Ron Hoover Companies, Inc., with locations across the state of Texas, has an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant at our fast-paced Corpus Christi Equipment location!
In this position, you would be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls
- Providing administrative support to all departments
- Completing the daily transaction summary
- Processing all registrations and titling transactions
- Completing and auditing deal packets to ensure everything is completed appropriately
- Ensuring all bank deposits are deposited in a timely manner
- Coordinating with Corporate Accounting on all accounting-related processes
- Handling light accounting duties
- Other duties as apparent or assigned
Qualifications:
- You must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with basic office equipment
- Ability to follow direction
