What You'll Do
- Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts and research payment discrepancies.
- Monitor aging receivables and assist with collection efforts as needed.
- Prepare daily deposits and maintain accurate cash receipt records.
- Work closely with dealership locations to resolve outstanding customer balances.
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Generate Accounts Receivable reports and provide information to management.
- Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Accounts Receivable or accounting experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software or dealership management systems is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies accurately.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information.
