Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in project management methodologies to drive program success and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies using tools such as Bluebeam, Foundations, Google Drive, and etc...
- Lead cross-functional teams through project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and perform thorough requirements analysis to define project deliverables.
- Apply project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma to ensure best practices are followed.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements utilizing Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Lean principles.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost control, and quality management to meet project objectives.
- Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Facilitate meetings for status updates, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication using tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Monitor project progress through earned value management and risk mitigation strategies; adjust plans as necessary to address issues proactively.
- Lead program development and portfolio management efforts to align projects with strategic business initiatives.
- Manage change management processes and conflict resolution to foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management
- Proficiency with project management software such as Bluebeam, Foundations, Google Drive, and etc...
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, risk management, and scope control.
