The Maui Chocolate Tour Manager is responsible for overseeing daily tour operations and leading our guide team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on leadership role supports staff, ensures smooth tour flow, and maintains high standards for safety, hospitality, and storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily tour operations and ensure tours run on time and safely
- Lead, coach, and support tour guides and front-of-house staff
- Create weekly schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage
- Handle guest questions, feedback, and on-site issues professionally
- Maintain tour quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding operations and staffing needs
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or guest services
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Passion for Maui, local agriculture, food, or storytelling is a plus
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
