Responsibilities - Accounts Payable Professional:

• Issue payments to vendors
• Post open items in accounts payable daily
• Compile car deals
• Reconcile statements, prepare deposits
• Maintain purchase orders
• Generate accounting statements and reports
• Provide monthly financial and management reports
• Assist with special projects and perform other accounting duties

Requirements - Accounts Payable Professional:

• Some accounting experience is required
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Pays attention to details
• A good understanding of finance and math concepts
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills
• Must have good communication skills and work ethic
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
