Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear sales targets, performance metrics, and expectations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, including sales numbers, closing rates, and route optimization, to drive consistent sales performance.
- Identify areas for improvement, coach and mentor sales staff, and implement strategies to enhance team performance and individual growth.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review team performance, provide training, and share best practices.
- Foster a positive, results-driven sales culture that aligns with company goals and values.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze customer needs and feedback to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales representatives to achieve high performance.
- Proficiency in using sales-related software tools, CRM systems, and data analysis for performance tracking and strategy adjustment.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Familiarity with [specify industry if needed, e.g., "insurance restoration services, exterior restoration, or related fields"] is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $90,000-110,000.00/year . Performance review, after 90 days, then annually.
- Quarterly performance Bonus following Romexterra's Bonus structure.
- Competitive commission plan:
- 3% of total mitigation and content sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.
- 1% of total reconstruction/repair sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.
- Company vehicle and gas card - for the selected position

- 401K, company match up to 6%
- Paid Time Off is Eligible after 90 days.
- 5 days vacation and 3 sick days in the first 2 years.
- After 2 years, increase to 10 vacation days.
