Responsibilities
Handle all phases of personal injury cases from intake through resolution;
Maintain regular communication with clients and guide them through the litigation process;
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and other legal documents;
Conduct legal research and case analysis;
Manage case deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements;
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation as needed;
Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.
Qualifications
Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar;
Excellent client service and communication skills;
Strong writing and oral advocacy abilities;
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel;
