Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Installer located in Charleston, WV. The Employee Installer will be responsible for the accurate and professional installation of flooring in residential and commercial spaces. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, preparing installation surfaces, handling tools and materials, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. The installer will also ensure compliance with company standards, communicate effectively with clients and team members, and uphold safety protocols.

• Proficiency in flooring installation and use of necessary tools and equipment
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to ensure compliance
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Prior experience in home renovation or construction is a plus
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
