Experienced Flooring Carpet + HS Employee Installer (W-2)

Flooring Installer Qualifications:

• Level subfloors in preparation for installation.
• Install flooring materials and use hand and power tools in accordance with job specifications.
• Inspect finished work to verify quality and ensure the highest possible standards of workmanship.
• Install applicable transitions, trim, and finishing materials.
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Communicate job progress, material needs, and installation concerns to the operations team.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers.
• In-depth understanding of flooring materials and installation methods within your area of experience.
• Prior experience as a flooring/carpet installer or completion of a suitable apprenticeship is require
• Good physical stamina and the capacity to lift objects weighing 50 pounds, including furniture, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have reliable transportation and tools.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Job Type: Full-time (W-2) / Flexible Schedule
