Position Summary:The Project Accountant will support senior accountants by performing assigned duties which help with reconciliations and project analysis. They will support the project team and are responsible for tracking the progress/profitability of projects. Position Responsibilities:Support the senior/managing accountants and wider finance team. Perform reconciliations of project accounts. Prepare project profitability analysis. Attend meetings and assist with other administrative duties. Schedule and lead meetings with the project team each month. Prepare and present reports to senior/managing accountants and wider finance team. Enter cost/budget moves in system as needed. Support project team with their requests. Additional duties as needed.Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or GED. Preferred: Experience with Timberline/Sage software a plus. Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Required: Valid driver’s license. Physical Demands: Must be able to sit at a desk and/or computer for prolonged periods of time.
