Job Description
We are seeking a senior Litigation Partner to join our firm and help grow our practice. Ideal candidates bring deep experience across all aspects of litigation, a portable book of business (minimum $500K), and an interest in working in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.
YOU ARE:
- A stellar attorney with at least 10 full years of experience litigating commercial disputes.
- Licensed to practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas or elsewhere in the U.S. or UK, with a portable book of business of at least $500,000.
- A natural leader, experienced in drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and motions.
- Practical, prepared and resourceful with excellent people skills.
- An efficient and effective plain-English communicator.
- Conscientious, thorough and highly accountable.
- Motivated to learn and improve. Receptive to constructive feedback.
- Polished, poised, energetic with a strong work ethic.
- Always responsive and often proactive, keeping your clients (and team) well-informed.
YOU HAVE:
- Been involved in document production and understand how the process works.
- Attended court conferences and depositions as a first or second chair.
- A real passion for being a litigator.
- A great sense of humor and litigation deadlines do not phase you.
- Experience litigating copyright, trademark, or employment matters (a plus, not required).
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
- Report to our Litigation Chair.
- Draft, review and revise pleadings, discovery, motions and deliver practical advice.
- Supervise lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and externs on your team.
- Attend court conferences, take depositions and argue motions, as your skills grow.
- Lead by example: with your work ethic, constructive feedback, and positive attitude.
- Have significant client contact.
- Be involved in client development and the growth of the firm.
- Continue to develop your own book of business and help drive the continued growth of the firm.

- Total Compensation – $250,000 – $750,000 or more (based on experience, book of business, and performance).
