Jubilee House is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Person to help maintain the Commons, Lodges, and Grounds of Jubilee House Retreat Center. This position is NOT in Richmond but Abingdon, VA
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general Maintenance and repairs: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting
- Conduct routine inspection of facilities and equipment
- Set up and move furniture for events
- Ground maintenance such as leaf blowing, poison ivy removal, and some landscaping
- Respond to emergency maintenance in the lodges in a professional manner
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Ensure safety, security, and build codes
