Due to company growth we are searching for a Global Sourcing Manager at Romac Industries. In this role, you’ll lead international sourcing strategies across multiple regions to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and compliant procurement of materials and services. You’ll play a key part in strengthening global supplier partnerships, mitigating supply chain risk, and supporting Romac’s ability to deliver high-quality solutions that shape sustainable water distribution and beyond.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and supply chain resilience
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard, international suppliers while ensuring quality, compliance, and performance standards
- Negotiate global agreements and contracts to optimize cost, service levels, and long-term supplier sustainability
- Proactively assess and mitigate geopolitical, economic, and supply chain risks across global markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as the primary liaison between Romac and global suppliers, including international travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contracting, with significant global sourcing responsibility
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, cost reduction, risk management, and project management
- Proven negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across cultures and time zones
- Preferred: experience in manufacturing or distribution, ERP systems (Oracle preferred), and professional certifications (APICS, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
