Performs preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on company vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform minor and major mechanical repairs.
- Maintain updated records of preventative maintenance.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment to evaluate condition and service needs.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to safety procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs independently.
- Experience operating equipment and tools used in vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Strong mechanical and manufacturing background.
- Automotive diagnostics experience required.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Forklift repair experience a plus.
