The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in support of ROMTech’s supply chain and operational objectives. This role oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling while maintaining compliance with OSHA standards and internal policies. By driving process improvements, managing team performance, and ensuring data integrity across systems, the Warehouse Manager enables operational excellence and supports the company’s continued growth.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in support of ROMTech’s supply chain and operational objectives. This role oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling while maintaining compliance with OSHA standards and internal policies. By driving process improvements, managing team performance, and ensuring data integrity across systems, the Warehouse Manager enables operational excellence and supports the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities Essential Duties
- Ensure safety is the top priority across all warehouse operations in compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards.
- Maintain a high standard of warehouse cleanliness, organization, visual management, and operational flow.
- Oversee daily operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities.
- Lead and develop direct reports, including the Inventory Control Supervisor and Shipping/Receiving Supervisor.
- Coach and mentor team members while serving as a positive role model for the broader organization.
- Partner with Supply Chain leadership to define warehouse goals, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop, document, and implement warehouse procedures, work instructions, and standard operating practices.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for warehouse operations during internal and external audits.
- Ensure ERP and 3PL system data accuracy through ongoing validation, cleansing, and process controls.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to improve visibility, accuracy, and management of overstock inventory.
- Stage and manage outbound shipments to ensure visibility and accuracy within ERP systems.
- Identify operational challenges, conduct root cause analyses (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support business needs.
- Ensure the warehouse operation remains adaptable and responsive to evolving business demands.
- Support onboarding and training of new warehouse personnel.
- Contribute to reporting, metrics development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with special projects related to logistics, distribution, or operational scaling.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
