The individual in this role will help design clinical protocols, provide treatment for patients enrolled in studies, and collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare leaders. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and refine clinical protocols for ROMTech pilot programs and IRB studies.
Deliver therapy to a variety of pilot patients while maintaining compliance with study requirements.
Collaborate with the research team to monitor outcomes and ensure data quality.
Brainstorm and recommend innovative clinical approaches, including potential billing code applications for pilot populations.
Represent ROMTech in meetings with physicians, hospital administrators, and C-suite leaders to demonstrate clinical value and study benefits.
Contribute to forward-thinking initiatives, serving as a clinical innovator within the organization.
Maintain compliance with IRB protocols, HIPAA regulations, and professional standards of care.
