ROMTech is seeking a Market Access Specialist to serve as a key link between the Market Access team and the management of critical payer documentation, including payer contracts, agreements, and medical policy guidelines. This role acts as the central gatekeeper for Market Access documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility across internal stakeholders. The Market Access Specialist will also provide administrative support to the Market Access team and support reporting, analysis, and presentation of payer-related data.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage payer contracts, agreements, and medical policy documentation

Ensure compliance with payer policies, contracts, and reimbursement guidelines

Serve as liaison between Market Access and cross-functional teams

Analyze payment trends, reimbursement rates, and payer performance

Support reporting, data presentation, and operational processes for Market Access
Qualifications:
Requirements:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain complex documentation accurately.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.

High attention to detail, with a solid understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement processes, and medical coding principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with above-average expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including data analysis and presentation development.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in market access, payer relations, healthcare operations, or a related healthcare environment.

Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.

Moderate noise (i.e., phone calls, online meetings, computer audio)
