- Meet regularly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, clarify goals, and identify IT support needs.
- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover underlying business problems and desired outcomes.
- Document business requirements, process details, project needs, decisions, and follow‑up items in a clear, organized, and professional manner.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and IT by translating stakeholder needs into practical, actionable requests.
- Track open questions, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and next steps to help ensure requests and projects continue moving forward.
- Support stakeholder communication by summarizing discussions, confirming understanding, and maintaining documentation accuracy.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives related to documentation, communication, or intake workflows.
- Support meetings, planning sessions, or project coordination activities as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support operational and business needs.
