Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for installation and service of our products, ensuring timely completion.
• Procurement & Tracking: Order materials and track products for various home improvement projects to ensure seamless workflow.
• Coordination & Management: Oversee and coordinate project tasks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all team members are aligned.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties including setting appointments, preparing job packs, invoices, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison with project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, installers, service technicians, designers, and measure techs.
• Documentation & Filing: Organize, store, and maintain project reports, reports, and related documents within an organized filing system.
• CRM Management: Track and log all project data accurately within our Salesforce CRM system.
• Communication & Customer Service: Answer and make phone calls, addressing customer questions, issues, and complaints with professionalism, kindness, and empathy.
• On-site Assistance: Greet and assist onsite guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Additional Duties: Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, contributing to overall project success.
• Data Analysis: Analyze project data as needed to improve processes and ensure project efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in construction management or related fields.
• Familiarity with construction management software, including Salesforce CRM.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for deadlines and quality.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
