We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive at Rollover Rep, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our company’s success.

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by focusing on disciplined daily execution and strategic relationship-building.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining an organized and accurate pipeline of leads and opportunities using the company’s CRM.
In-Person Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare facilities, addiction treatment centers, and other key referral sources.
- Conduct in-person meetings, lunches, and site visits to establish connections, build trust, and educate clients on Rollover Rep’s offerings.
Travel & Business Development:
- Dedicate significant time to traveling, networking with the industry, hosting events, and visiting client sites to build a strong presence in the market.
- Represent Rollover Rep with professionalism and deliver value through face-to-face interactions and personalized engagement.
Daily Sales Activities:
- Make a consistent number of outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups daily to schedule and conduct meetings.
- Track activity metrics and ensure goals for outreach and engagement are met.
Strategic Outreach: Proactively identify potential clients and referral partners, leveraging industry knowledge and research to target opportunities for growth.
Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the addiction treatment and healthcare industry, including market trends, competitors, and key players, to position Rollover Rep effectively.
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes to the Director of Sales and leadership team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in the CRM.
Event Representation: Act as a company ambassador at industry events, ensuring Rollover Rep is represented professionally and fostering connections that lead to new opportunities.
Professional Discipline: Maintain a results-oriented mindset with consistent focus on execution, ensuring daily habits and actions contribute to long-term success.
Sales Experience: 2-4 years of proven success in sales, preferably in a consultative or relationship-driven environment. Experience in healthcare, addiction treatment, or related industries is a plus but not required.
Track Record of Results: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on disciplined daily activities and measurable outcomes.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively (50-75% of the time), including attending conferences, client site visits, and in-person meetings.
Self-Motivation: Strong work ethic with a proactive, self-starter mindset; comfortable working independently to drive results.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving strategies and priorities.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines, track activities, and report on progress.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with addiction treatment, healthcare, or service-based industries is a bonus but not required.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.

The compensation package for this role, combined base salary and on-target earnings, will amount to $90K - $125K per year depending on experience.
