What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health LVN position at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital?
Perform skilled nursing care to patients in their home, within scope of Nurse Practice Act.
Licensed Vocational Nurse licensed by the Board of Nursing. Experience of one year as a LVN preferred. Current certification in Basic Life Support must be maintained. Must have current driver's license, and dependable vehicle with proof of liability insurance.
Work environment: Office and travel to patient homes required.
