What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Technology Specialist position at Rolling Hills Elementary School?
Maintains professional, consistent, and quality service through the use of superior customer service skills.
Responsible for working all open service requests in work order system for assigned campus
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all technology related equipment on campus
Schedule and conduct weekly computer maintenance tasks.
Monitor use of equipment & supplies within assigned campus; order equipment and supplies as needed from District Technology Staff.
Lead basic computer training classes or tutorials for staff and students
Assist teachers in helping students research and prepare digital multimedia presentations
Serve as tech person during school events, setting up and operating equipment needed for multimedia presentations.
Identify problems and report to supervisors as needed.
Maintain a clean and working lab at all times
Responsible for tracking inventory on all technology related equipment on campus.
Help run the library and do inventory
High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent communication skills required
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Basic classroom management skills
