Role Overview
We are hiring a part-time content creator to produce engaging short-form content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys food content, understands social media trends, and wants to grow with a brand.
Responsibilities
- Film and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
- Capture behind-the-scenes, product, and market content
- Brainstorm and execute content ideas based on trends
- Post content consistently and optimize for engagement
- Track performance metrics such as views and engagement
Work Structure
- Flexible schedule based on content needs and market days
- Combination of on-site filming and remote editing
- Daily time log required to verify hours worked
Compensation
- Base pay: $19 per hour
- Additional commission based on content performance (views and engagement)
Requirements
- Experience with TikTok or Instagram content creation
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Strong creative sense, especially for food content
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to follow direction while contributing new ideas
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food photography or videography
- Familiarity with viral content trends
- Prior experience working with a brand or business
