About the Role
RollHouse Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated, energetic General Manager to lead one of our high-volume, fast-paced family entertainment centers. If you are an outgoing leader with a passion for guest service and a drive to master every aspect of our business—from bowling and arcade games to escape rooms and our food & beverage operations—we want you on our team!
As the General Manager, you will oversee the overall operation of the center. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue and cost objectives, hiring and training top-tier talent, and fostering a motivated team environment that consistently blows guest expectations out of the water.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee all daily functions of the entertainment center, ensuring smooth execution across bowling, arcade, escape rooms, and food & beverage departments.
- Financial & Performance Management: Evaluate and continuously improve operational and financial performance. Manage costs strictly, with a strong focus on labor optimization.
- Leadership & Development: Direct, train, and manage a team of department managers to ensure strict adherence to product quality and guest service standards.
- Team Oversight: Directly manage and inspire a team of 60–80 salaried and hourly team members.
- Revenue Generation: Partner closely with department managers and corporate staff to implement strategic, revenue-driving initiatives, including:
- League sales and development
- Seasonal marketing promotions
- Restaurant and bar promotions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2 years of experience in General Management, specifically within a high-volume environment.
- Industry Background: Previous experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is highly preferred.
- Financial Acumen: Proven track record of managing operational costs and labor budgets effectively.
- Availability: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule tailored to the needs of the entertainment industry. Regular weekend and holiday availability is a mandatory requirement for this role.
