Position Overview

RollHouse Dayton is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator adept at full-cycle event management. From the initial concept and budget planning to the final execution, you will guide our clients every step of the way.
The ideal candidate is a multitasking pro who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, build lasting relationships with clients and vendors, and maintain an unwavering focus on event success and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Full-Cycle Event Management: Consult with clients and internal teams to understand their event goals, guest counts, budgets, and specific requirements.
- Logistics & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistical details for a wide variety of events (corporate parties, birthdays, private gatherings, etc.).
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, fruitful relationships with clients, guests, and external vendors.
- Day-of Execution: Host and oversee events on-site to ensure seamless execution, top-tier service, and absolute client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Organization: Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
- Flexibility: A schedule that accommodates the nature of the event industry, including availability for days, nights, and weekends.

- Base Salary: 35,000-44,000
- Uncapped Commission: Earn an uncapped 4% sales commission on all events you book.
- Gratuity Share: Share 35% of service charges on the events you host.
