Description: Roll & Go Painting LLC is hiring a motivated independent sales rep to help homeowners book painting jobs through door-to-door outreach in Racine. Present our pre-priced estimate packets, guide homeowners through options, and collect signed agreements. The office handles final approval, scheduling, and payments.
This is an uncapped commission position: the more signed jobs you deliver, the more you earn. Optional supplemental training is available.
Responsibilities:
- Door-to-door outreach in Racine
- Present pre-priced painting packages
- Collect signed estimates and submit digitally or via photo
- Document observable differences using company templates
- Flag any red-flag issues for office review
- Optionally participate in sales training and coaching
Requirements & Info:
- 1099 independent contractor role
