We’re looking for motivated, money-driven individuals who want uncapped earning potential in a fast-growing industry. Trinity Adjusters LLC represent homeowners and business owners against insurance companies to get their properties restored to pre-storm condition.
If you’re hungry, coachable, and willing to work, this is an opportunity to build serious income.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate your own leads (door knocking, social media, referrals, telemarketing, networking, etc.)
- Talk with homeowners and business owners about property damage
- Sign clients up to receive our services
- Build and manage your pipeline
No Experience? No Problem.
We provide guidance and support to help you succeed.
- Licensed Public Adjusters → hired through Trinity Adjusters LLC
- Unlicensed reps → hired through Culicci LLC
Pay Structure (Commission-Based):
- Earn a percentage on every deal you close
- Insurance claims: paid on total proceeds (excluding non-paying line items)
- Out-of-pocket jobs: paid on total contract value (excluding non-paying line items)
- Top starting commissions up to 10% (based on experience)
- No cap on earnings
- This is a W-9 Position
